6. Books and Digital Content

Unless expressly identified as digital, books offered through the store are physical products.

Edition, format, language, cover, and publication information will be stated where relevant.

Digital content, where offered, may become available immediately after purchase. If immediate supply begins with the customer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right will be lost, the customer may no longer be able to withdraw after access or download begins, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Gift Cards

Gift cards may be subject to the following conditions:

• They may be used only through shoprhinestonesandroses.shop;

• They may not be exchanged for cash except where required by law;

• They may not be resold or used unlawfully;

• Their balance may be applied until exhausted, subject to the conditions shown when issued;

• They may not be used to purchase another gift card unless expressly permitted; and

The customer is responsible for supplying an accurate recipient email address for electronic gift cards.

We may suspend a gift card where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized use, technical error, or unlawful activity while we investigate.

8. Prices

Applicable taxes and optional charges will be included or displayed as required by law.

We may change future prices. A price change does not affect an accepted order except where applicable law permits correction of an obvious error.

9. Orders

12. Shipping and Delivery

Electronic gift cards are delivered electronically and are not subject to physical shipping estimates.

Delivery dates are estimates unless a fixed date is expressly agreed. Mandatory rights concerning delayed or failed delivery remain unaffected.

13. Returns and Withdrawal

Eligible physical products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery under our Return and Refund Policy.

EU consumers generally have a separate 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, subject to lawful exceptions.

Used gift cards and digital content supplied after the required consent and acknowledgement may be excluded from withdrawal to the extent permitted by law.

Mandatory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
